Housing Advisor

10 Month fixed term contract

£34,500 per Annum

Richmond

Our client is looking for a Housing Advisor, Previous experience in social housing and Experience of using Microsoft CRM would be advantageous.

In your role you will:

  • Investigate and resolve housing management and antisocial behaviour cases.
  • Work with legal partners and represent the client at court during legal proceedings.
  • Maintain a strong professional relationship with your customers.
  • Develop an excellent knowledge of safeguarding adults and children so you can identify, manage, and support customers and represent the client at multi- agency case reviews.
  • Investigate and respond to incidents of hoarding and other forms of neglect.
  • Write and present witness statements and case reviews and advocate for the client at stakeholder meetings.
  • Develop good working knowledge of housing legislation and use this to address tenancy breaches.
  • Tackle crime and asb on our estates, working with the police and other agencies.
