Commercial Maintenance Administrator

Location; London Bridge

Monday - Friday 0800- 1700

Contract - Initially up to 6 months

£14.42 per Hour (equivalent to £30,000 per annum)

An exciting opportunity for a Commercial Maintenance Administrator has arisen working with a Facilities Maintenance firm based in London Bridge.

Duties to include but not limited to:

  • Reporting/ recording data to correct time limits
  • Working closely with departments
  • Project Administration support
  • Raise adhoc POs for security, cleaning and PPMs
  • Email & phone calls
  • Ensure all procedures are followed correctly and company procedures are understood
  • Working with internal systems/ data for records checks and keeping documents up to date.
  • Approve invoices
  • Manage and handle purchase orders
  • Assisting in general administration duties

Ideal candidate would have:

  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure with excellent administration and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Microsoft office proficient with good literacy skills
