Monday to Friday- 40 hours
Looking for a Maintenance Helpdesk operator to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance company based in Greenwich
As the Maintenance Helpdesk operator you're responsible for;
- Handling inbound/outbound calls
- Dealing with queries and complaints
- Dealing with Invoices / Raising Purchase orders
- Planning, coordinating and dispatching of Reactive Works
- Completing work orders and adding log notes
- Generic Admin duties
- IT literate, knowledge of CAFM systems or Maximo
