Call Advisor
Temp - Perm
Location; Newcastle upon Tyne (Longbenton)
Hourly rate £9.50 per hour
Shifts - between the hours of 6am - 7pm 7.5 hrs per day
(Suitable candidate is expected to be able work from home on some occasions)Looking for a Call Advisor to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance company based in Newcastle upon Tyne.
As the Call Advisor you're responsible for the planning and dispatching of Reactive Works, Raising Purchase Orders, completing work orders and adding log notes
Duties for the Call Handler may include;
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Logging jobs and allocating work to engineers
- Prioritising work as appropriate and efficiently
- Dealing with Invoices/ Raising purchase orders
- Chase quotes and input timesheets on a weekly basis.
- Provide service to internal and external clients.
- Generic administration duties
(Suitable candidate is expected to be able work from home on some occasions and must have basic competency in using Microsoft systems such as, Word and Teams, )
