An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Property Manager to join a well established Property Management company.
Salary- up to £35,000 per annum + Car AllowanceThe role will involve providing a tailor made service to a diverse portfolio of Landlords and Lease Holders across the London and Home Counties. Operationally driven to react and co-ordinate a variety of services including - End to End management of Minor Repair Works including Site Audits. Management of Deadlines concerning Compliance , Insurances , Agreement Renewals and Payments . Monitoring of operational budgets . Negotiations and Complaint Handling . Providing input for reports and Monthly and Quarter Budgets.
The ideal candidate must have a Full UK Licence and Vehicle . Demonstrate previous experience within a Property Management Environment and be fully computer literate in using various software packages and Social Media platforms . Most importantly have a high regard to Customer Service !
