Up to £22,800 per annum
Shifts 4 on 4 off Days & Nights
Looking for a Shift Maintenance Helpdesk Co-Ordinator to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance company based in Leeds on an exciting contract within the public sector
As the Shift Maintenance Helpdesk Coordinator, you're responsible for the planning and dispatching of Reactive & Planned works- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Logging jobs and allocating work to engineers
- Dealing with Invoices/ Raising purchase orders working towards SLA's
- Prioritizing urgent jobs Preparing and submitting quotations and distributing reports.
- Compiling and sending out technician reports via email/PDA.
- Provide great customer service to internal and external clients.
- Prioritising work as appropriate and efficiently Generic administration duties
A level of clearance would be needed due to the nature of the contract.
