Mobile Commercial Plumber
Location; Exeter/ Torquay
Full-time; Monday - Friday- 40 hrs (plus on call rota)
Permanent
Salary; up to £32,000
Working for a large and well-established Facilities Maintenance Company we are looking for mobile commercial plumbers to join their team.
Duties Include;
- Carrying out PPM's and reactive work on Boilers, Heating and LT Hot water/ Cold water systems, Plumbing and drainage,
- Installing all types of Industrial and commercial Plumbing
- Regular flushing across the building
- Understanding of permits to work
- A good understanding of L8 and water systems
- Asbestos awareness
- Maintain/ repair building fabric issues across the site
Knowledge skills & experience
- Time Served C&G Indentured Apprenticeship / NVQ level 3 Plumbing
- Experience in the Industry
- Commercial background is desirable
Successful candidates will be required to pass a DBS security check
