Maintenance Planner

Location- South Wigston (Leicestershire)

Contract- 31st March 2018

Monday- Friday- 37.5 hrs per week (9.00am till 17.00 or 8.00am till 16.00)

Hourly rate- £9.74 per hour

Working for a large and well established Facilities Maintenance Company, We are looking for Maintenance Planner to join their busy team.

Duties included for the Maintenance Planner

  • Taking inbound calls and manage emergency FM calls for multiple contracts
  • Liaising with engineers, contractors and clients
  • Re-routing calls to the correct department/team as appropriate.
  • Prioritising requests
  • Recording the request on the relevant system
  • Closing down jobs on the system once completed
  • General administration.
  • Submitting requests
  • Ensuring that all queries are resolved quickly and efficiently
