Weekend Call Handler

Location; Waterloo

Salary; Hourly rate from £10.00-£12.00

Saturday + Sundays- 12 hour shift

Urgently looking for an enthusiastic Call Handler to work our Weekend shift for a corporate reputable Maintenance Company

Managing call logs for various contracts across London working as a Call Handler to assist with various high profile calls, dutie may consist of

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Dealing with queries and complaints quickly and efficiently
  • Compiling and sending out technician reports via email/PDA.
  • Logging jobs and allocating work to engineers
  • Liaising with subcontractor and engineers
  • Provide advice on queries/helpdesk referrals.
  • Collate operations data as directed by managers.
  • Generic administration duties

Due to the nature of the contract requirements, you will also be required to go through a high level of security clearance, and offer of employment is dependent upon your clearance.
