Static Handyperson (Carpentry bias)

Location; Sand Hutton

6 Month Contract

Hours Monday - Thursday 10 hrs per day (possible minor works every 5th Friday after 5pm)

Rates £12.50- £14.42 PAYE

Contract

Working for an established Service provider on a Critical site based in Sand Hutton,

Main responsibilities will be removing old cubicles and sanitary ware, minor demolition of low block walls, Installation of new cubicles, IPS panels Trespa type, Installation of suspended ceiling grids, installation of wall mirrors, sealant works to newly installed sanitary ware.

Working within a commercial environment for a Local Authority Contract

  • To carry out Pre Planned/ Reactive Maintenance work
  • Ensure compliance with contract KPIs and SLAs with the support of the Team Leader
  • Assist with all related Health & Safety matters
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements at all times
  • To carry out any other reasonable tasks that may be required to support the account and the business in general

Qualifications

  • Advantageous have a Joinery trade background
  • Experience in a high profile demanding environment
