Maintenance Scheduler
Worthing
Temp to perm
£12 Per Hour
Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
An exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Scheduler has arisen working on an exciting contract based within the Worthing area assisting with a growing facilities management team.
Duties include (Not limited to):
- Provide a high level of customer service dealing with any queries or concerns.
- Booking in Urgent and Planned Maintenance works
- Allocating Corrective and Planned Maintenance works to engineers or subcontractors within the CAFM system
- Ensuring work orders are completed within the time scales
- Raising purchase orders
- Monitoring CAFM system to ensure all tasks are being managed correctly
- Responding to queries via shared mailbox and telephone
- Ensure jobs are dispatched efficiently
- Monitor shared inbox to ensure we are meeting contract expectations in dispatching jobs efficiently
