Multi Skilled Kitchen Fitter
Permanent
£41K per Annum
Location - West London
My Client is currently looking for a Multi Skilled Kitchen fitter to work for a Local Authority Contact covering areas within West London.
The post holder will undertake repairs and maintenance work in both occupied domestic properties.
Duties for the Multi Skilled Kitchen Fitter (Not limited to)-
- Carrying out Carpentry works ie skirting boards, door hanging and work tops.
- Basic Tiling
- Basic Painting and decorating
- Basic patching up work
- Basic/ Generic Plumbing work
- Fitting any required maintenance work
Please note for this position a full UK Drivers Licence is required along with undergoing a DBS check. Previous Experience in the Social Housing sector is an advantage.
