Operations Manager
Location: Warrington
PAYING UP £50,000- £80,000 per annum (plus generous company benefits)
Mon-Fri Role, 40HRS per week
Working for a reputable outsourcing service provider, we are currently looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and manage the Workforce Management team, enforcing new process changes to deliver efficiency and reduce cost.
the right person for the post will have strong technical knowledge of Scheduling software and/or practices, management of remote resources as you will be project managing the integration of a scheduling system to promote efficiency and Manager a pool of users on performance etc,
The MAIN DUTIES of the Operations Manager will include:
- Understand, identify and apply the Service Level Agreement (SLA) - Internal and External
- Forecasting staffing needs, recruiting, training and performance management
- Manage Multiple contracts
- Generate reports to show productivity and performance
- Project manager a Scheduling platform
- Identify/ present areas to reduce business cost and boost efficiency of workforce
- Provide and implement ideas to assist with workforce efficiency and productivity
- Ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures
- Promote customer feedback and surveys
Essential:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience results and improving operational capability in a service / dispatch / scheduling operations centre or similar function, including influencing geographically dispersed teams who may not have a direct reporting line.
- Understanding of service delivery in a mobile and scheduling environment.
- Can demonstrate experience in people management, process change, multiple contract management, problem solving and analysis, compliance control and target performance.
- Advanced Excel practitioner and proficient in Microsoft applications specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
