Mobile Multi Skilled/ Plumber- Commercial
Location- South of UK (Coverage, London, Hampshire, Kent, Sussex) - Candidates must be happy to travel on large portfolio
Monday - Friday 40 hrs per week (Overtime + Call out)
Salary bracket £30,000- £36,000 per annum

Urgently looking for an experienced Commercial Handyman/ Plumber to deliver a highly professional, customer focused service for our clients based around the South West of England
Working within a commercial environment;
- To carry out Pre Planned/ Reactive Maintenance work
- To carry out plumbing work
- To carry out Reactive/ corrective fabric work
- Ensure compliance with contract KPIs and SLAs with the support of the Team Leader
- Assist with all related Health & Safety matters
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements at all times
- To carry out any other reasonable tasks that may be required to support the account and the business in general
Qualifications
- Recognised Plumbing qualification
- Experience in commercial Environment
- Driving Licence
- CSCS Card
- Own Tools
Due to the nature of the contract requirements, you will be required to go through a level of security clearance and offer of employment is dependent upon your clearance.
