Our client, a reputable housing association, is looking for a Team Leader to Lead a team of remote Scheme Managers to drive continuous improvement in managing sheltered and extra care schemes and tenancies, to create a high quality, attractive, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and professionals.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Recruit, manage and develop Scheme Managers to ensure the delivery of a high-quality housing management service with the focus on customer service.
- Represent the client and attend court proceedings in line with tenancy management activities.
- Management of financial implications for schemes in adherence to regulations, achieve best value for money and effectively monitor and control spend.
- Review policies and procedures in line with legislation to ensure best practice.
- Investigate, address, and learn from complaints and Members Enquiries (MP / Councillors) and use them to drive service improvements
Applicant must have their own car and a Full driving Licence.
