Maintenance Helpdesk Operative
Location: Havant
Hourly rate £9.75 (salary £20,280 per annum)
Monday - Friday 0800am - 1700pm
Looking for a Maintenance Helpdesk Operative to work for an independent firm based in Havant on an exciting fast paced contract within the public sector
As the Maintenance Helpdesk Operative, you're responsible for the planning, coordinating and dispatching of Reactive Works, liaising with internal and external staff, completing work orders and adding log notes.
Duties for the Maintenance Helpdesk Operative may include;
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Logging jobs and allocating work to engineers
- Dealing with queries and complaints quickly and efficiently
- Dealing with Invoices/ Raising purchase orders
- Chase quotes and input timesheets on a weekly basis.
- Ensuring any relevant calls are transferred to the relevant department/team
- Logging notes to internal systems
- Generic administration duties
