Maintenance Scheduler

The Monday-Friday working week will be 8 hr shifts with the working hours between 0700- 1900 , so you will need to possess a flexible approach to working hours. Excellent Timekeeping & Attendance are absolutely vital!
1 weekend in every 4 weeks will be required
Salary £23,000- £25,000 per annum
Location; Redditch
Following successful probation period- hybrid working open for discussions
You will be scheduling jobs out to Engineers whilst booking in Reactive Maintenance with Sub Contractors ensuring all compliant paperwork is provided, You will need to be assertive in order to chase deadline with Engineers to ensure SLA's are met. You will need to monitor a central inbox ensuring clients are responded to in a timely manner and all systems information is kept updated.
You will need to be Computer literate as advantage if you have used a Maintenance Service Delivery Software i.e. Maximo/ concept or similar, possess a confident telephone manner with ideally experience within a similar Service / Maintenance environment.
