Contracts Manager (TFM)
Location; Kingston
Salary; £50,000- £57,000 per annum
Working for a large and well-established Facilities Maintenance company, we are looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager on a large Static site to manage the TFM and M&E delivery.
PFI Contract value around 2.5 mill
The Contracts Manager will be desired to have an extensive background in Contract delivery on Commercial Critical contracts
Main focus will be that the Contracts Manager will display specialities in the following areas -
- The co-ordination of a workforce to cover the contract effectively
- Critical compliance of M & E Delivery
- Manage small project work
- Strong commercial knowledge of P & L
- Ensuring the contract complies to the Kpi's in place
- Good level of customer service will be required
- Generation of additional works within the contracts
