Air Conditioning Engineer
Location; Corsham
Permanent
Salary; £33,500 - £37,500 per annum (depending on experience)
Monday to Friday- 40 hours
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer working on an exciting contract based within the Corsham area handling maintenance and reactive issues on a variety of commercial buildings.
Duties:
- Carry out air conditioning and refrigeration servicing on all associated A/C, chiller and AHU's, Planned Preventative Services and Reactive Works in time and up to date.
- Carry out Mechanical Services, extra works and emergency procedures.
- Ensure that systems and site records are up to date at all times reporting jobs to the helpdesk and in line with Helpdesk requirements.
- Works to be carried out to SFG20 so a good working knowledge of this is essential
We're looking for:
C&G 6187 - Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. and NVQ level 3 Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or equivalent.
C&G 2079 - Refrigerant Handling. * C&G 2367 or 2357 (Electrical Installation) and NVQ level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent.
BS7671 - The Requirements for Electrical Installations, 17th or 18th Edition is Desirable.
Likely to have a minimum of 2 years' experience of working in a role as a HVAC Engineer, or a refrigeration engineer in a multi-skilled role within a building maintenance environment.
