Mobile Commercial Plumber- (Multi Skilled)
Location; Slough and the surrounding areas
Permanent
Salary; up to £32,000 per annum + Van provided
Monday- Friday- 40 hrs (on call rota)
Working on a multi-site contract based in Slough and the surrounding areas looking for a Commercial Plumber to assist with maintenance issues on Commercial environment.
Duties for the Mobile Commercial Plumber are as follows;
- Carry out P.P.M/ Reactive, Service, test, diagnose, repair and calibrate advanced mechanical installations, plant and equipment.
- Attend reactive call out in line with KPI's
- Report into supervisors and Helpdesk frequently
- Assist with any Fabric maintenance as requested
Maintain, install, and operate, mechanical equipment in line with operational requirements of the sites; this includes but not limited to: Pumps, AHU's, Plumbing Systems, Water Treatment Systems, Pressurisation Units, Heat Exchangers and Calorifiers.
Due to the nature of the contract requirements, you will be required to go through security clearance, and offer of employment is dependent upon your clearance.
