Small Works Supervisor (Electrical Bias)
Location- West London
Salary £38,000- £42,000 per annum

Urgently recruiting for a Small Works Supervisor to lead/ supervise a team of electricians across a large prestigious portfolio in relation to new install/ repair work on the projects team
The main duties and responsibilities are:
- Responsible for quoting and supervising the electrical installation works from conception to completion.
- To plan and undertake procedures, regular checks, routine inspections and emergency conditions in conjunction with the building services electrical team.
- Responsible for the inspection, testing and data entry for the building services electrical installation works
- To plan and implement workloads for building services electricians
- To perform tasks as deemed necessary by the Head of Projects or PM designate
- Responsible for the P&L associated with the team's electrical installation.
- Carry out risk assessments for engineering, maintenance and repair activities.
Qualifications
- Served a recognised electrical apprenticeship
- City and guilds 2391 or equivalent, experience in the test & inspection of electrical installations and the completion of test certification
- 17th/ 18th Edition
