Urgently recruiting for a Skilled Shift Maintenance Supervisor to assist leading a prestigious contract based in West London, supervising staff on a high profile site, This role will report into the Regional Engineering Manager.
The main duties and responsibilities are:
- Responsible to the hard services manager for the planning and delivery of reactive and planned maintenance tasks, the candidate will also be responsible for dealing with sub contractors.
- A Multi Skilled supervisor will be required to lead a team of engineers to carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive tasks
- The main focus of the PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) work will primarily focus on Statutory maintenance across most of the portfolio of facilities which is full PPM provision, the works are but not limited to the following types of works:
- Emergency lighting tests, A/C (split units), Tap temperatures, distribution board inspection, FCU maintenance, air handling units, Fire Alarms (not weekly tests), pumps etc and subcontractor management, moving of materials / deliveries as required.
- To carry out when authorised, the Authorised Person duties
- Ensure compliance with contract KPIs and SLAs with the support of the Engineering Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Recognised qualification in a technical discipline
- HV Authorised Person
