Multi Skilled Carpenter
Location Birmingham & Surrounding
Salary - up to £28,000 per annum
Van provided business only
Permanent
8 am - 5 pm
Our Client is currently looking for a Multi Skilled Carpenter to cover a high profile commercial contract, ideally with a knowledge of fire doors.
The successful candidate will undertake repairs and maintenance work in commercial buildings. The successful Multi Skilled will be working from a from a PDA system where jobs will be allocated on a Reactive basis & ppm basis.
Duties for the Multi Skilled Carpenter (Not limited to)-
- Minor building fabric repairs, carpentry jobs
- Minor decorating tasks,
- Minor plumbing repairs,
- Weekly & monthly planned maintenance tasks as scheduled (fire alarm tests, flushing of little used outlets / water temperature recording, emergency lighting tests, etc.
- Liaise with Helpdesk and supervisors,
- Ensure compliance with contract KPIs and SLAs with the support of the Team Leader Assist with all related Health Safety matters,
- Ensure there is always compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements,
- To carry out any other reasonable tasks that may be required to support the account and the business in general.
- Maintenance/knowledge of fire doors
Please note for this position a full UK Drivers Licence.
