Permanent
Monday- Friday 37.5hrs
Location; Central Birmingham
Working on behalf of a leading Facilities Management contract on a Prestigious site in Birmingham, we are looking to identify an experience Front of house customer service driven individual,
The Front of House Coordinator duties;
- Provide the highest levels of customer service in all aspects of the role with excellent communication skills, you will be someone who strives to continually provide a quality service over and above the customer's expectations.
- Focused on increasing customer satisfaction, set consistent standards across all buildings and share best practice with the rest of the team.
- Ensure facilities management key performance indicator requirements are met and service level agreements are completed within the agreed timescales, you must be confident to deal with problems and solving them calmly though to resolve.
- Managing the upkeep of the buildings as part of the Workplace Support team ensuring that all areas are set up, clean, stocked and ready for business.
- Great at hosting & perform inductions for visitors and new starters and promote a safe working environment.
The successful candidate will be required to go through a level of security clearance.
