Mobile Cleaning Supervisor
Milton Keynes
Contract
Full time - Monday to Friday
Up to £15.00 per hour
Our client is a large facilities management company currently working on a high-profile contract. They are looking to appoint a cleaning supervisor to look after a team of cleaners on a number of various sites within the Milton Keynes area.
The successful mobile cleaning supervisor will need to complete the following;
- This is a working supervisory role and you will be expected to assist the team with the cleaning duties as and when required.
- Some works around the times for the cleaning team to monitor staff may be required.
- A good working knowledge of cleaning practices, full BICS knowledge required.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential as commitment to adopt the client's visions and values.
- Organise rotas
- Manage equipment, materials and stock levels
- Control costs to ensure services are delivered within agreed budget
- Supervise quality control procedures to ensure high standards are maintained
- Conduct team briefings to cascade information to staff
To succeed in this role you will need:
- Experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry
- Full driving licence
