Technical Coordinator

Full Time 40 hours

Salary - 29000-31000 per annum

Location - Cardiff

We are looking for a customer-oriented candidate with an attention to detail and problem-solving skills on behalf of a large facility management company.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be working closely with the Engineering and PPM team proving support & cover.
  • Logging of remedial works in Maximo CAFM system
  • Management of opening and closing supply chain PPM work orders and reporting within designated timescales.
  • Closure of work orders with service documents to ensure stakeholders have ability to review reports via Maximo.
  • Support SLA delivery and completion of monthly PPMs delivered.
  • Assigning all statutory documents correctly within Maximo CAFM system and uploaded to online for repository with all relevant metadata populated.

Required skills:

  • Sound knowledge of IT (Word, Excel, Emails & databases)
  • Better understanding of PPM Maintenance Tasks and Standards
  • Knowledge of SFG20 maintenance standard
  • Experience in CAFM systems preferably Maximo and predominantly within the Asset and PPM applications
  • Excellent Customer Service
