Telephone Operator
Location: Redditch
Start date: ASAP
Temp 6-8 weeks
Hourly rate: £8.21 per hour
Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week Hours of work between 7am to 7pm
Telephone Operator urgently wanted for an opportunity in the Redditch area
You would be working for a leading facilities maintenance company; we are looking for an enthusiastic Telephone Operator to join the team.
The duties for the Telephone Operator:
- Answering high volume of inbound calls
- Dealing with resolving queries and complaints
- First point of contact
- Customer service focused
- Monitoring any actions and incidents
- Recording relevant information and data to resolve reported incidents and complaints
- Handling phone calls in a professional and trusting manor
- able requests to be resolved to time and standard required
- Providing a professional and knowledgeable approach on all calls aiming to exceed customer expectations and contribute to delivery of the contract.
- To handle and actively resolve any customer issues according to the Customer Complaint process.
