Senior Administrator
Lakenheath
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
£11.50 Per Hour (£24,000 Annually)

An exciting opportunity for a Senior Administrator has arisen working with a building maintenance company working on a government sensitive contract.
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Liaising with Supervisors / engineers
- Assisting in administration duties and reporting data
- Liaising with clients and sub-contractors
- Raising purchase orders
- Co-ordinating maintenance & communicating with subcontractors
- Working with internal systems/ data for records checks and keeping documents up to date.
- Co-ordinate rotas / holiday / sickness / timesheets
Ideal candidate would have:
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure with excellent administration and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills with a high level of confidentiality
- Microsoft office proficient
