Customer Service Team Leader

Location: Bristol

PAYING UP to £25,000- £27,000 per annum (plus generous company benefits)

Mon-Fri Role, 40HRS per week

Working for a reputable outsourcing service provider, we are currently looking for an experienced Customer Services Manager to maximise motivation and high quality performance within the team of CSA's

The MAIN DUTIES of the Customer Services Team Leader will include:

  • Coordinating team so that maximum amount of calls are taken to a high standard
  • Liaising with subcontractors to ensure they are providing adequate service
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures
  • Understand, identify and apply the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Dealing with any escalations/ queries
  • Analysis of job history/running reports
  • Interviewing/Training/ coaching team members
  • Helpdesk diary management coordinating annual leave and shift patterns
  • Carrying out one to ones, grievances and disciplinary meetings
  • Performance Reporting
  • Promote customer feedback and surveys
