Trainee Call Handler
Location: Redditch
Start date: ASAP
Temp 6-8 weeks
Hourly rate: £8.21 per hour
Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week Hours of work between 7am to 7pm
Recent Graduates, Retail Assistants or Call Handlers urgently wanted for a Trainee Call Handler opportunity in the Redditch area
You would be working for a leading facilities maintenance company; we are looking for an enthusiastic and open minded Trainee Call Handler to join the team.
The duties for the Trainee Call Handler:
- Answering high volume of inbound calls
- Dealing with resolving queries and complaints
- First point of contact
- Customer service focused
- Monitoring any actions and incidents
- Recording relevant information and data to resolve reported incidents and complaints
- Handling phone calls in a professional and trusting manor
- able requests to be resolved to time and standard required
- Providing a professional and knowledgeable approach on all calls aiming to exceed customer expectations and contribute to delivery of the contract.
- To handle and actively resolve any customer issues according to the Customer Complaint process.
