Front of House Officers
Location: Surbiton
Salary: up to £12.50 per hour
Contract and Temp to Permanent
4 on 4 off - 12 hour shifts
Our client, a leading facilities management company are currently looking for Front of House Officer to join their team. This will involve administration and security guarding support.Duties:
- Assist the occupants of site
- Postage duties
- Responding to queries by email
- Logging maintenance requests
- Carrying out reception duties
- Managing key holding service
- Checking access passes
- Providing assistance with incidents
- Liaising with emergency services as and when required
Requirements :
A valid SIA Licence - either a door supervisor or a security licence alongside a valid DBS check.
If you do not hold a valid SIA there maybe opportunities for this to be supported at a later stage.
