Call Centre Operations Manager
Location: Bristol
Paying up to £34,000- £36,000 per annum (plus generous company benefits)
Mon-Fri Role, 40hrs per week
Working for a reputable outsourcing service provider, we are currently looking for an experienced Call Centre Operations Manager to understand and provide a business continuity plan in relation to the workforce staffing need.
The MAIN DUTIES of the Call Centre Operations Manager will include:
- Manage the Customer Service & Operations plan and budget, maximising the overall performance.
- Manage and drive the Customer Service & Operations Teams to ensure they deliver the defined consumer experience.
- Manage all key external relationships and performance ensuring delivery against agreed targets.
- Develop Team Leaders
- Oversee all related data, systems and processes, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance at all times.
- Generate reports to show productivity and performance
- Provide business improvement plans
- Drive performance
- Ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures
- Determine and apply the KPI'S
- Performance Reporting
- Promote customer feedback and surveys
