Call Centre General Manager

Location: Bristol

Paying up to £40,000- £45,000 per annum (plus generous company benefits)

Mon-Fri Role, 40hrs per week

Working for a reputable outsourcing service provider, we are currently looking for an experienced Call Centre General Manager to understand and provide a business continuity plan in relation to the workforce staffing need.

The MAIN DUTIES of the Call Centre General Manager will include:

  • Forecasting staffing needs
  • Generate reports to show productivity and performance
  • Provide business improvement plans
  • Identify/ present areas to reduce business cost and boost efficiency of workforce
  • Provide and implement ideas to assist with workforce efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures
  • Understand, identify and apply the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Performance Reporting
  • Promote customer feedback and surveys

The ideal candidate will be experience in commercial staffing requirements dealing with forecasting and cost saving plans within a call centre
