Senior Helpdesk Coordinator
On-Going Contract/ Temp to Perm
Location: Southwark
PAYING UP to £14.42 per hour (£30,000 per annum)
Mon-Fri Role, 40HRS per week
Working within a busy Maintenance Department the Senior Helpdesk Coordinator is responsible for working on a High profile helpdesk whilst supervising a small team of Coordinators
The MAIN DUTIES of the Role will include:
- Taking urgent Maintenance calls
- Delegating workloads and duties to team members
- Creating figure reports
- Mentoring team members
- Monitoring team members with SLA'S and KPI's
- Maintaining Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports
- Logging jobs
- Assigning the work to Engineers and Sub-Contractors
- Scheduling of Pre Planned works
- Raising purchase orders
