Manufacturing Engineer
Location; Berkshire (Windsor)
Monday to Friday 37 hrs per week
Hours of work 0800- 1630- 30 mins lunch
0800- 1300
Permanent contract
Salary £35,000 per annum
Working for an up and coming Electronics Manufacturer in Berkshire (Windsor), urgently recruiting a Manufacturing Engineer to be involved in developing manufacturing process, upgrading equipment, optimising new processes and introducing LEAN manufacturing techniques throughout the company
A great opportunity for an enthusiastic experienced Electronics Manufacturing Engineer to work closely with Operators, Engineers, Managers and Directors to pull together the knowledge and resources the client has available.
Candidates will need to bring knowledge and expertise in Lean tools
- Advantageous requirements
- Knowledge in Kaizen, 5S, new process implementation etc
- Training qualifications in Lean Manufacturing (MUST)
- Experience within electronics manufacturing
Working within a factory environment the ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate face to face customer service skills plus be flexible to undertake other responsibilities as directed by the client
