Salary- £60,000 to £65,000 per annum
(Hourly rate £28.85 - £31.25 per hour)

Contract- Temporary to Permanent

Working for a leading Facilities Management company on a contract based in Harrow, we're looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead a Busy Local Authority contract within Harrow and surrounding areas
Ideally you will be skilled in the successful management of Hard Services along with Catering and Cleaning contracts.
A Technical background would be ideal, or strong demonstrable skills in man-management of M&E Engineers, sub-contractors & maintenance of assets.
Contract value is circa £6million, with a view to maximise profits/value by generating additional works.
Duties will include;
- Managing client relationships by understanding their contractual needs and ensuring the timely and effective delivery of all SLA's.
- Being commercially responsible for all P&L on the contract, ensuring budget management is carefully adhered.
- Ensuring all company H&S obligations are met by all staff on the contract.
- Management of the estates and participating in the Business Development to promote growth within the contract
- Ensuring all Technical Hard Services are compliant and resources are utilised to the best of the contract ability.
- Providing company reports on KPI's to Senior Management/end clients
The successful candidate will be required to go through a level of security clearance (DBS)
