Maintenance Administrator
Location; Blackburn
Hours; 40 hrs per week / Mon - Fri
Hourly rate; £10 per hour
Initial 12-week contract with the possibility of longer-term contract
An exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Administrator has arisen working on an exciting contract based within the Blackburn area assisting with a growing facilities management team.
Duties:
- Provide a high level of customer service dealing with any queries or concerns.
- Booking in Reactive and Planned Maintenance works with engineers and sub-contractors in a timely manner within the CAFM system.
- Process supplier and sub-contractor invoices and raise purchase orders.
- Monitoring CAFM system to ensure all tasks are being managed correctly and frequently updated.
- Analysis of job history/running reports.
- Responding to queries via shared mailbox and telephone
- Raising quotations in SAP using agreed processes and ensuring upload of all relevant documents
- Providing a routine clerical and administrative support for engineers, invoice teams & contract supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures, across all functions.
- Ensuring all documents are up to date and compliant in line with our audit schedule.
