Location- East London (Stratford)
Hourly Rate- £16.83 - £18.27 per hour
Contract- on going
Monday to Friday 40 hours
Urgently recruiting for a FM Maintenance Supervisor to assist leading a prestigious contract based in East London, supervising staff on a high profile site, this role will report into the Hard Services Manager.
The main duties and responsibilities are:
- Responsible to the hard services manager for the planning and delivery of reactive and planned maintenance tasks, the candidate will also be responsible for dealing with sub-contractors.
- Lead a team of engineers to carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive tasks
- The main focus of the PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) work will primarily focus on Statutory maintenance across most of the portfolio of facilities which is full PPM provision, the works are but not limited to the following types of works:
- Emergency lighting tests, A/C (split units), Tap temperatures, distribution board inspection, FCU maintenance, air handling units, Fire Alarms (not weekly tests), pumps etc and subcontractor management, moving of materials / deliveries as required.
- Providing quotes
- Handling helpdesk calls, delegating jobs
- Updating internal CAFM systems
- Ensure compliance with contract KPIs and SLAs with the support of the Engineering Supervisor.
Requirements
- 17th Edition Wiring regs- (not essential)
- Technical knowledge
- Hands on experience (multi skilled)
