8am - 5pm
We are currently looking for a call handler based in Sittingbourne. The call handler will be receiving inbound calls and working closely alongside senior planners in order to plan and schedule appointments. Other duties will include issuing work orders, reviewing work orders and liaising regularly with clients. The ideal call handler candidate will have previous experience and be able to work alongside KPI's.
The client have multiple sites across the South East and are looking for a self-motivated and pro-active individual to join their rapidly growing team.
