Permanent contract

Monday- Friday 40 hours per week

Location- Kingston- Upon- Thames

Salary £24,000- £28,000 per annum

Working for a Global Facilities Maintenance company based at their up and coming Local Authority contract in Kingston- Upon- Thames. Urgently looking for an enthusiastic customer focused, driven Junior/ Graduate Facilities Manager to delivery excellent customer service to the client with regards to office set ups, Office Moves, building restructures, Porterage, caretaking and Election projects

The main duties the Junior/ Graduate Facilities Manager will undertake:

• Managing the soft services between commercial buildings
• To deliver the following specifications: Framework, Moves and Elections Project management, Porterage and Caretaking.
• Responsible for the delivery of the following specifications in relation to the specification above: Service Standards, Service Response, Reporting and General Management.
• SLA/ KPI delivery
• Ensuring H&S compliance
• Management of the FM team, including PDRs, succession planning, absence and performance management
• Financial performance of the applicable work streams
• To identify growth opportunities within the Schools market and sell FM and cleaning services
• Mobilise Framework acquired contracts
• Seek customer feedback and identify opportunities to enhance satisfaction levels and organic development opportunities
• Support the contract through sponsoring and championing central projects, PIP implementation and identifying process enhancements
• Manage several direct reports including supervisors and frontline staff.

Candidates will be required to go through DBS checks due to the requirements of the contract.
