Pro rata Salary £19,500 per annum
Monday to Sunday
Hours of work may Vary (evenings between 1700- 0000) + (Weekends Days/ Evenings)
Working for a leading facilities maintenance company, we are currently looking for a Call Handler.
The duties for the Call Handler
- To resolve queries and complaints, by applying a first call resolution plan to each call/ email
- Maintain Helpdesk database, paying particular attention to the closure of work requests.
- Receive and process contract specific requirement by telephone and email
- To create accurate data records containing all relevant information to enable requests to be resolved to time and standard required.
- Log requests and escalate to relevant departments
- To achieve call handling targets and standards at all times, providing a professional and knowledgeable approach on all calls
- Keep customers informed of status and progress of resolution.
- To handle and actively resolve any customer issues according to the Customer Complaint process.
