Shift Electrician
Location- Leeds
Permanent opportunity
Monday to Friday- 40 hrs
Salary; £31,800 + Overtime + Company Benefits
4 on 4 off Nights and Days 12 hour Shifts
Recruiting on behalf of a Multi-National established Facilities Management company on a Critical Commercial contract based in Leeds
The Maintenance Electrician will be carrying out PPM / reactive tasks and small electrical installations
Duties for the Maintenance Electrician
- Work on PPMS reactive calls issued by the helpdesk
- Good understanding of BMS controls, emergency lighting, fire alarms
- Electrical fault finding
- Asbestos awareness
- Handling/ maintaining Generators
- Flexible working hours and being on call
- Maintain/ repair building fabric issues across the site
Qualifications
- C&G PART 1 Electrical Installation
- C&G PART 2 Electrical Domestic
- C&G PART 3 Electrical Testing and Inspection
- 17th/ 18th Edition Regs
