Mobile Building Fabric Engineer
Van, phone, PDA provided
Location- North London (NE/ NW - all within M25)
Monday to Friday - 40 Hrs
Salary up to £28,000- £35,000 per annum
Temp to Perm
Working for a leading FM company on a security sensitive contract, we urgently require a Mobile Building Fabric Engineer to be responsible for the building fabric works commercial properties in the North of London
Main Responsibilities:
- Carry out maintenance of building fabric across the commercial sites.
- Required to identify, rectify or communicate any deviation from safe operational levels during the shift.
- To ensure that the Line Manager is kept well informed of all aspects of safety performance, plant performance and customer circumstances which may impact upon the safe, efficient, reliable and cost-effective operation of the plant
Due to the nature of the contract requirements, you will also be required to go through a high level of security clearance and offer of employment is dependent upon your clearance.
