Planning Team Leader required for social housing maintenance specialist. Ideal candidates will have had experience of managing planners and administrators, Liaising with the client and senior managers day to day on operations as well as coordinating trades operatives to complete work relevant to their skills set including plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling and other building trades.
The administration part of the role requires someone with strong MS Excel, Word and Outlook skills as all of the work is coordinated through an in house system and lots of excel spreadsheets work and constant liaison with the client, sub contractors and colleagues.
This role is Mon-Fri, 8AM-5.30PM with good benefits, 26 days Holiday + 8BH
