Builder with carpentry skills required for rapidly expanding property developer with site work in the Godalming area. This client specialises in high end new builds, barn conversions and old property renovations. Ideal candidates must be skilled in carpentry 1st/2nd fix and be able to also carry out other building skills like brickwork, patch plastering, tiling or flooring to a high good finish and work with limited supervision. The right builder / carpenter for this role must have own transport, tools and PPE. All materials will be supplied at site.
