Maintenance Engineer
Location: Crystal Palace
Temp - Perm/Perm (contracts available)
Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm
Hourly Rate: £13.46 p/h
Looking for a Maintenance Engineer (electrically biased) to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance company based in Crystal Palace. This will involve maintaining building plant equipment across a Leisure Centre contract to ensure venue conditions are of the highest possible standards.
Duties may include:- Carry out PPMs (lighting tests, tap temperature, air handling units etc.)/Reactive, repairs, mechanical instillation, plant and equipment
- Undertake pool checks / corrective actions to ensure the full operation of the pool & recording all temperatures, chemical levels & changes to these as required. Pool plant operator training will be provided.
- Reporting directly to the account manager on a daily basis.
- Undertake any electrical related works as directed
- Carry out any reasonable request as instructed by the line manger
- Being able to work on own initiative and with minimal supervision
Advantageous if hold a National Pool Plant Operators Certificate
Advantageous if hold a 17th Edition
