Commercial Maintenance Electrician
Location- Harrow- HA1
Contract- long term
Monday to Friday- 40 hours per week
Hourly rate- up to £14.00 £15.87 per hour
We are looking for a an independent/ enthusiastic Commercial Maintenance Electrician to join their busy team, Working for a Leading Facilities Maintenance company on their newly mobilised Local Authority Contract as a Qualified Electrician on site
The Commercial Maintenance Electrician will be Carrying out PPM / reactive tasks and small electrical installations. They must have a full working knowledge of HVAC building services, water treatment, BMS systems etc.
Main Responsibilities for the Commercial Maintenance Electrician
- Able to prioritise tasks from PPM's and Helpdesk Requests, Reacting to breakdowns and changing priorities
- Ability to stay calm during major incidents and relay accurate information to the site supervisor
- Assisting engineers and sub-contractors whilst on site
- Completing service reports and signing of jobs
- Plus any further duties as requested by the client
Candidates must have experience in the building services plus City & Guilds qualifications in electrical / 17th edition
