Location; Canary Wharf
Permanent Contract
Salary up to £55,000 (depending on experience)

A market leading Facilities Management firm are looking to appoint a dynamic and charismatic Contracts Manager, to oversee a client site based in Canary Wharf.
The contract is worth approximately £2million, and you will be responsible for managing the Total Facilities Management throughout the site, have full control over P&L (profit and loss), man management of subcontractors and the project management of minor and additional works.
You will be predominantly working with the Client to build a strong business relationship, ensuring Man Management and Contract performance are at a consistently satisfactory standard, on behalf of the Client.
