Multi Skilled Engineer - Electrically Bias
Location- Westminster
Monday to Friday - 40 hours
Salary up to £35,000per annum (£16.83p/h)
Temp to Perm / Permanent contract
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer/ Electrically Bias working on a Prestigious up and coming contract based within Westminster, Handling all maintenance issues on Commercial plant equipment within the high end office/ apartments
- Carry out PPM and extra work requirements in adherence to set engineering standards
- Check and inspection of electrical/mechanical building plant equipment (chillers, AHU, HVAC, FCU, cooling towers, boilers etc..)
- Respond to re-active works.
Desirable
- Minimum of Electrical/Mechanical City & Guilds, Part 1 and 2 or 'A' and 'B or equivalent, BMS experience and Multi-skilling capability within building services is desirable
