Multi Trader
Mobile Position to cover South London Area
£17 pa
8am- 4pm Mon - Fri
Temp to Perm
Van & Tools RequiredOur client, a large maintenance company who look after a social housing contract, require a Multi Trader to join their busy team. The contract is covering the South London areas.
You will need to be competent & happy to do all Multi Trade skills, including a knowledge of the below;
- Basic Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Tiling
- Plastering
- Painting & Decorating
- High volume of REACTIVE & PPM work
- Liaise with the planning team in regard to updates at work
Qualifications to include -
- Desirable NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Qualification
- Full Valid UK Drivers License required
Please note information for a DBS check will be needed as well as references upon application.
Previous experience within social housing is advantageous.
